International Orders

Please note: Our system supports only English letters and numbers. Please avoid using any special or foreign characters.

We welcome international orders from countries around the world. International orders are subject to special shipping rates based on country of destination. Any tariffs, import duties, consumption taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Check with your local Customs office for more information about these charges.

The shipping fee for Canada is $24.95 and for Australia is $45. For all other international orders, the shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and package weight. Before finalizing your order and processing payment, you will receive a separate communication with the calculated shipping charges for your approval. We want to ensure that you are fully informed of the total cost of your order, including shipping, before proceeding with the transaction. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping charges or the approval process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at estore@duke.edu.

International customers will be responsible for covering all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.
